We love to experiment and we love to change our beers with the seasons. On this page you can find out about our current line of beers and some of the beers we have brewed in the past

Winterbock (Bock)

The first beer we released in 2017; A Dutch Belgian style bokbier.

What makes this beer so special?
We have used four grains (barley, wheat, oats, rye), generous noble hops, and a Belgian abbey yeast make this a complex yet easy drinking bokbier.

Northern Lights (Lager - Pale)

West of Eden (IPA - American)

Do you remember your first? Because we sure do. Our first IPA tasted like no beer we had before. It tasted of pure hops, with a piney bitterness and a bready and caramel body that worked together to bring balance.

Beers seem to have gotten a lot more complex since then. But we never forgot our first.. So we decide to resurrect the West Coast IPA. Like all our beers we brewed it with a modern twist. The result is this infinitely drinkable hoppy beer that makes you long for simpler times.

Because remember: a classic is always in fashion.

Bulgarian Future (Farmhouse Ale - Saison)

The third beer in our single hop saison series. This time we use hop Cascade and for the first time the hop is grown in Bulgaria! Nice and fruity and pleasantly bitter!

Monk Breakfast (Stout - Oatmeal)

What do monks have for breakfast?

Priest Martin drinks flower fragrant coffee at dawn. Bishop Angel loves oats, seasoned with caramel and chocolate for a good start of the day. While Archimandrite Pavel picks wild berries.

Hippy Shake New England IPA (IPA - New England)

You are holding a New England IPA. The style is new. Really new. So new that it can’t speak and walks on four legs. Just like you when your try it. The beer has hops. Loads of hops. Two-three times more than any other Bulgarian brew. Resembles juice and explodes with tropical fruit tastes. Brings peace. While the world is blue like and orange.

Pink Future Citra (Farmhouse Ale - Saison)

Pink Future is a Saison. This type of pale ale was traditionally brewed in Wallonia, Belgium to be drank during the harvest season.

The beer is meant to be easy drinking and refreshing. The yeast that we use gives the beer citrus and peppery notes. Finally, we paired it up with a lot of aroma hops. The result is a perfect beer for every sunny day.

The Pink Future series is our journey in the wonderful world of hops, a series of beers where we showcase a new hop for every new beer.

Citra is the second hop we use in our series. Citra is a modern American hop with aroma descriptors including grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit and lychee.
